Leonid Antonenko spoke at the 5th IBA “Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia and CIS” Conference

On October 30, 2013, Leonid Antonenko, Cousel at Sayenko Kharenko, spoke at the 5th IBA “Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia and CIS” Conference in Moscow, Russia. The conference was co-presented by the International Bar Association’s Corporate and M&A Law Committee together with the IBA European Regional Forum.

Leonid Antonenko spoke about his latest experience in banking M&A in Ukraine and about the effect that the most recent legislative novelties have had on the structuring of the large M&A deals.
