Sayenko Kharenko highly commended for Law Firm of the Year: Ukraine and CIS by the Lawyer European Awards 2014
Sayenko Kharenko, a leading Ukrainian law firm with an internationally oriented full-service practice and a representative office in London, has been highly commended in the prestigious Law Firm of the Year: Ukraine and CIS category by the Lawyer European Awards 2014.
This year the total number of categories increased to 25 compared to 20 in 2012. Russia as a larger market was separated into a stand-alone nomination, while Ukraine and the CIS category accepts nominees from 11 jurisdictions. The awards were judged by the panel of judges, which included managing partners at private practice firms and in-house counsels at multinational companies.
Over the past 12 months, Sayenko Kharenko demonstrated outstanding leadership in shaping the Ukrainian legal market, developing new services, and responding to the needs of clients.
“The Lawyer is one of the most respected publications in the UK and we are honored to be highly commended among top law firms out of 11 jurisdictions. Even more now, when we have a presence in London and a new practice dealing with government relations and managed out of London”, – said Andy Hunder, Head of Sayenko Kharenko’s GR practice.
In 2013, Sayenko Kharenko was crowned Law Firm of the Year by IFLR1000 European Awards, Who’s Who Legal European Awards, and Ukraine’s Yuridicheskaya Practika Legal Awards.
The winners of the Lawyer European Awards were revealed at the awarding ceremony at the Marriott Grosvenor Square, London, on Thursday 20th February 2014.
