Sayenko Kharenko’s high rankings in the “Client’s Choice. TOP-100 best lawyers of Ukraine 2012-2013” research
Last week, Yurydychna Gazeta, a weekly newspaper dedicated to the legal profession in Ukraine, released the “Client’s Choice. TOP-100 best lawyers of Ukraine 2012-2013” research. Analysing the business and legal communities feedback, Yurydychna Gazeta research team compiled the TOP-100 list of the best lawyers in Ukraine as well as the list of the most effective legal managers and the list of the most social responsible law firms in Ukraine.
The research comprises 15 practice areas with seven Sayenko Kharenko’s finalists being listed in 10 of them. The firm’s lawyers were individually recognized in competition, banking and finance law, public-private partnership, corporate and M&A, international trade and customs law, international arbitration, restructuring and insolvency, litigation, labour law, and securities.
Michael Kharenko, Sayenko Kharenko’s co-managing partner, was named among TOP-5 the most efficient managers in Ukraine’s legal market in 2012-2013, according to the feedback of more than 150 leaders of the legal services sector.
The team of researchers also analyzed social responsibility of Ukraine’s legal market players. According to the results of the research, Sayenko Kharenko was ranked among TOP-4 the most social responsible law firms in the country.
