Sayenko Kharenko represented one of the leading Ukrainian manufacturers of sunflower seeds in a tax dispute

Sayenko Kharenko successfully represented Ukrainian subsidiary of Wendeln, one of the largest manufacturers of sunflower seeds in Ukraine, in several tax disputes against the State Tax Inspection in Belozyorsk district of Kherson region over the recognition of the tax decision notes illegal and their revocation.

The courts of all three instances satisfied the claims of Wendeln Ukraine and declared the tax decision notes of the VAT refund illegal and cancelled them.
