Sayenko Kharenko topped new Cbonds Legal Adviser League Table for Ukraine

Cbonds Information Agency has recently published its new League Tables of legal advisers to the issuers and arrangers of the CIS Eurobonds placed in 2013 in the CIS region, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

According to the Legal Adviser League Table for Ukraine Sayenko Kharenko was top ranked as legal adviser on 7 issues out of 10 recorded in the ranking of 6 different Ukrainian issuers, among which the largest Ukrainian agricultural and energy holdings, leading banks and the state of Ukraine.

The second and the third places were shared by Linklaters and White & Case, each of them having participated in 6 issues.

Legal Adviser League Tables are published by Cbonds for the first time ever and are designed to reflect the activity of law firms in the primary CIS Eurobond market in terms of number of issues where a law firm has acted as legal adviser to the issuer or legal adviser to the arrangers.
