Sayenko Kharenko highly recognized by the Ukrainian Law Firms 2014 Directory

Sayenko Kharenko was once again highly recognized as a leading full service law firm in Ukraine by the newly released 2014 edition of the Ukrainian Law Firms Directory, an annual publication of Yuridicheskaya Practika publishing house researching the performance of all international and national law firms in the country.     

The ranking comprises two separate blocks – Deals League Tables, featuring the largest transactions in 2013, and Who is Who, ranking leading law firms and leading individuals by practice areas.

According to the League Tables Sayenko Kharenko was ranked No.1 by number of the largest projects in the majority of practice areas, including banking and finance, debt and equity capital markets and M&A. The Who is Who ranking recognized Sayenko Kharenko No.1 in Ukraine for 4 key business practice areas, including banking and finance, capital markets, M&A, and international trade.

The firm’s partners received outstanding individual recognition and were named among the country’s top lawyers in their areas of expertise. Vladimir Sayenko was ranked the best lawyer in Ukraine in corporate law and among Top Two in antitrust and M&A.
