Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team acted as a legal counsel to the Ukrainian subsidiary of the leading international FMCG corporation.

Sayenko Kharenko provided legal advice as to the possible sanctions for the client in case of re-classification by the customs authorities of the products imported into Ukraine as well as possible ways to challenge the relevant re-classification decision.
