Sayenko Kharenko – legal counsel to the Ukrainian subsidiary of the world’s leading FMCG producer on distribution of its products in Ukraine

Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade and competition teams acted as legal counsel to the Ukrainian subsidiary of the world’s leading FMCG producer on distribution of its products in Ukraine.

Sayenko Kharenko legal support included analysis of draft distribution agreement in terms of its compliance with the requirements of applicable competition law, revising of the draft distribution agreement and annex thereto to be concluded with the Ukrainian distributor as well as elaborating an additional agreement to the distribution agreement addressing new principles of cooperation with the distributors.
