Sayenko Kharenko – represented interests of JSC “ROSAVA” in the anti-dumping investigation

Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team represented interests of JSC “ROSAVA” in the anti-dumping investigation related to import into Brazil of passenger car tires from South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Ukraine.

Sayenko Kharenko’s legal support included consulting on procedural issues, drafting commentaries in respect of application on anti-dumping investigation initiation, consulting the client on answering questionnaire, etc.

Sayenko Kharenko’s team was lead by  counsel Nataliya Mykolska and included associate Anzhela Makhinova and junior associate Tetyana Makukha.
