Nataliya Mykolska joined the Expert Advisory Council of the State Agency for Investment and National Projects of Ukraine

Nataliya Mykolska, counsel at Sayenko Kharenko law firm, joined the Expert Advisory Council of the State Agency for Investment and National Projects of Ukraine ("Expert Council"). The Expert council was established to develop legal framework in the field of regulation of investment policy.

The Expert council also includes representatives of the largest audit and law firms: Baker & McKenzie, Clifford Chance, Asters, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, Ernst & Youngand others.

Nataliya Mykolska is a representative of Ukraine to the Expert Committee for dispute resolution under the Free Trade Zone Agreement. Sheis named No. 1 International Trade lawyer according to Ukrainian Law Firms 2014; named Trade Lawyer of the Year for Ukraine by Best Lawyers International 2014; recommended byThe International Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers 2014, The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers 2014, The International Who's Who of Trade & Customs Lawyers 2014 and The International Who's Who Legal: CIS 2011 in Trade & Customs.
