Sayenko Kharenko – legal counsel to the Ukraine-based developer of multi-platform games for mobile devices on the IP-related issues

Sayenko Kharenko’s IT group acted as legal counsel to Room 8 Studio, the Ukraine-based games and mobile applications developer (the “Client”), on a number of IP-related issues.

Sayenko Kharenko’s scope of work included advising the Client on operations in Ukraine, including on developing agreements with producers, designers and publishers from Ukraine, USA, Europe and Asia, on transfer and licensing of IP rights, as well as on publishing Room 8 Studio’s products on the Apple and Android platforms, and on publishing games in the Asian market.

The firm advises a diversified pool of clients in the IT and telecommunications sector on the most sophisticated IP, financial and M&A transactions, as well as regulatory and antitrust issues.
