Sayenko Kharenko’s expert conducted WebPromoExperts #97 webinar

Mykyta Polatayko, Sayenko Kharenko’s IT group coordinator, conducted a webinar “5 legal aspects for online shops” as a part of WebPromoExperts webinars.

In his presentation, Mykyta highlighted the following questions: acceptance of payments on the credit cards or in e-money; some aspects of the sale of goods and services to legal entities and individuals at different prices as well as by numerous entrepreneurs on the samesite; requirements of the law on protection of consumers’ rights relating to trade on the Internet; sale of goods sent by post by the entrepreneur, etc. Mykyta also answered the participants’ questions.
