Olena Perepelynska spoke at the XIII International Legal Forum
Olena Perepelynska, Counsel with Sayenko Kharenko, was a speaker at the XIII International Legal Forum (the “Forum”), held in Prague (the Czech Republic) on 1-4 October. The Forum was hosted by BUSINESS-FORMAT company (Estonia, Ukraine).
The Forum brought together banking lawyers, managing partners of law firms and consulting companies, arbitrators, representatives of the arbitration institutions and legal society from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Estonia and the Czech Republic.
Mrs. Perepelynska participated in the first session, which looked at the realities and challenges of the development of international commercial arbitration. In her presentation “Trends in the development of international arbitration: the institutional aspect" Mrs. Perepelynska highlighted topical issues in the field of international arbitration, including the activities of arbitration institutions in the meaning of global processes, novelties of arbitration rules, promotion of the services of arbitration institutions, etc.
For the legal community from different countries the Forum has already become an independent platform for the professional dialogue, exchange of practical experience and discussion of problems related to mitigating legal risks and establishing a comfortable business environment.
Olena has been recommended among leading arbitration practitioners in Ukraine by The International Who’s Who of Commercial Arbitration 2013, Ukrainian Law Firms 2014 and Best Lawyers International 2014; and among leading dispute resolution practitioners in Ukraine by Chambers Global 2014 and Chambers Europe 2014.
