Tatyana Slipachuk – member of a committee for revision of the SCC Rules

Tatyana Slipachuk, Sayenko Kharenko’s partner, has been invited to serve on a committee for revision of the SCC Rules (the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Rules).

A committee has been appointed to revise the SCC Rules with the aim of putting the new rules into force during the SCC centenary in 2017. It consists of 19 specialists from around the world and is chaired by Jakob Ragnwaldh, Partner at Mannheimer Swartling.

The last revision of the SCC Rules took place in 2010 and now both the SCC Rules for Arbitration and the SCC Rules for Expedited Arbitration will be looked over by the newly appointed committee.

“I look forward to leading the committee in its important work of revising the SCC Rules”, says Committee Chairman Jakob Ragnwaldh. “Stockholm has long been one of the most favoured places in the world for international arbitration and undertaking this review in advance of the centenary illustrates a commitment to ensuring the SCC remains at the forefront of dispute resolution services.”

Dr. Tatyana Slipachuk is named No. 1 International Arbitration lawyer for Ukraine according to Ukrainian Law Firms 2014 compilation by Yuridicheskaya Practika; is recommended as one of Ukraine’s leading lawyers by all major local and international directories (Chambers Global; Chambers Europe; The Legal 500; Best Lawyers International; The International Who's Who of Arbitration Lawyers 2015; Legal Awards by Yuridicheskaya PractikaEuromoney Expert Guides).
