In February 2015, Sayenko Kharenko expanded its International Trade practice with a senior hire Andrii Zablotskyi, who has moved from Volkov & Partners.
Andrii Zabtotskyi is a highly experienced trade lawyer, ranked Top 3 in Ukraine by Ukrainian Law Firms 2014 edition (Yuridicheskaya Practika publishing house). He is also one of the strongest analysts of the economic and commercial impacts of international trade on business and industry growth. Mr. Zablotskyi has outstanding expertise in advising companies and industries on a wide range of trade issues, including trade remedies (anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguards proceedings) and guides global companies and local businesses on the application of WTO regulations in Ukraine.
Andrii Zabtotskyi joined Sayenko Kharenko’s sizable international trade team, which includes senior practitioners Nataliya Mykolska and Tatyana Slipachuk (ranked as top two trade lawyers in Ukraine).
