Nazar Chernyavsky elected as officer within the IBA Technology Law Committee
Nazar Chernyavsky, Partner at Sayenko Kharenko, has been elected as a new officer within the Technology Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).
The Technology Law Committee of the IBA brings together lawyers practising aspects of the law particularly relevant to modern technologies. They deal with developing bodies of law coming to grips with the new questions posed by new technologies. The mandate of the Technology Law Committee is broad and includes virtually any kind of technology.
Being at the position of a committee officer, Mr. Chernyavsky is expected to take responsibility for generating projects and activities for сommittee members participation, and work cooperatively with officers of different subсommittees.
Nazar Chernyavsky was named one of the two leading lawyers in Ukraine for Information Technologies & Communications by Ukrainian Law Firms 2014 compilation by Yuridicheskaya Practika, the leading legal publishing house in Ukraine.
