Olena Perepelynska appointed to the panel of arbitrators with Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre of Arbitration

Olena Perepelynska FCIArb, a counsel with Sayenko Kharenko and co-head of its International Arbitration group, has been appointed to the panel of arbitrators with Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre of Arbitration (KLRCA) for the term 2015-2018.

KLRCA is the first regional centre established by The Asian-African Legal Consultative Organisation (AALCO) in Asia to provide institutional support as a neutral and independent venue for the conduct of domestic and international arbitration proceedings in Asia. KLRCA was also the first centre in the world to adopt the UNCITRAL Rules for Arbitration as revised in 2010.

Olena has more than ten years of experience in international arbitration; she acted as counsel and arbitrator in over 90 arbitration proceedings in more than 10 jurisdictions globally.  Apart from her new role with the KLRCA, she is listed as arbitrator in Arbitration Court of the Economic and Agrarian Chambers of the Czech Republic, Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan, International Arbitral Center of the Federal Economic Chamber of Austria, Court of International Commercial Arbitration Attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, the Kazakhstani International Arbitrage, Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration and Arbitration Court at Association of Ukrainian Banks.
