Sayenko Kharenko announces Serhiy Verlanov as a new partner with the firm who will lead its Tax Practice.

Mr. Verlanov has over 14 years of experience in taxation and tax litigation. Serhiy advises local and international companies on the most sophisticated taxation matters relating to cross-border transaction structuring as well as representation of clients in tax litigations at all levels of the judiciary.

Before joining Sayenko Kharenko, Serhiy worked for over six years at the Ukrainian office of one of the Big Four auditing companies.
