Sayenko Kharenko supports the 5th Eurolawyer Forum
On 23-25 November 2015 the 5th International Legal Forum Eurolawyer 2015 was held at the premises of the Law Society of England and Wales in London. The event was organized by Eurolawyer Events and the Law Society of England and Wales and supported by Sayenko Kharenko.
This year Eurolawyer lasted for three days and included a wide variety of exclusive legal and social events aimed at strengthening relations between international legal professionals. The Forum attracted outstanding speakers from Belarus, Belgium, Cyprus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Switzerland, Ukraine, the UK and other countries. The participants discussed international trends in development and enforcement of competition law and policy; antitrust investigations; new trends in Eastern European arbitration practice; latest trends and challenges in international M&A practice; financing at challenging times, and other issues.
During the event, partner Vladimir Sayenko spoke on compliance policy as an effective tool for mitigation of antitrust investigation risks, while senior associate Oleksander Droug highlighted issues of Ukrainian perspective of international arbitration.
