Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team acted as legal counsel to one of the world’s leading computer technology companies on product liability and consumers’ rights protection under Ukrainian law.

Our legal support included: advising on procedures applicable to the foreign producer in case of supply of poor quality products; drafting notification on recall of the relevant products; contacting the State Service for Consumers’ Rights Protection on behalf of the Client.
