Sayenko Kharenko – legal counsel of one of the leading Russian FMCG producer

Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team has represented the leading Russian FMCG producer on cancelling special sanctions (in the form of temporary suspension of foreign economic activity in Ukraine) applied in Ukraine by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine upon the relevant submission of the Security Service of Ukraine for the alleged violation of the mandatory requirements to the labelling of food products.

The relevant services included: submission of different requests to and conducting consultations with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine, representing interests of the client in the court proceedings. The applied sanctions were abolished.
