Sayenko Kharenko – legal counsel to PJSC “Borshchagivskiy chemical-pharmaceutical plant” on termination of special sanctions

Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team represented PJSC SIC “Borshchagivskiy chemical-pharmaceutical plant”, one of the leading Ukrainian producers of pharmaceutical products, before the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine on termination of special sanctions (in the form of individual license regime) applied upon request of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. Special sanctions were abolished.
