Sayenko Kharenko represented the DF Group companies in anti-dumping investigation
Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team represented the DF Group companies, including JSC “Azot”, PJSC “Severodonetsk Azot Association” and JSC “Concern Stirol” (Group DF), in anti-dumping investigation related to imports into Ukraine of some nitrogen fertilizers originating in the Russian Federation.
Sayenko Kharenko’s legal support included: drafting application on initiation of anti-dumping investigation; drafting commentaries on different issues (e.g. answers of the Russian producer to the questionnaire; the definitive determination, etc.); preparing answers to the questionnaires and additional questionnaires; participating in the hearings and drafting post-hearings submission, etc.
Based on the results of the investigation, the following anti-dumping measures have been applied:
- to companies of EuroChem Group – 18,78 per cent;
- to OJSC «KuybyshevAzot» – 4,19 per cent;
- to other exporters – 31,84 per cent.
