Sayenko Kharenko advised EU resident on criminal risks in pre-trial investigation

Sayenko Kharenko’s criminal defence team has advised a resident of the EU on criminal procedure and Ukrainian criminal law in connection with an investigation conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) as part of a pre-trial investigation related to the financing of terrorism.

Sayenko Kharenko’s team was led by partner Sergey Pogrebnoy and included counsel Sergey Smirnov and associate Igor Voronov.
