Sayenko Kharenko advised PJSC “BTA Bank” (Ukraine) on the sale of two large commercial properties to Dragon Capital

Sayenko Kharenko acted as legal counsel to PJSC “BTA Bank” (Ukraine) on the sale of two commercial properties located in downtown Kyiv to Dragon Capital. The total properties space is about 43,000 square meters. Negotiations on the deal lasted for about one year.
