Key requirements
We are looking for an associate into our Energy practice to work on the projects in the energy sector and development of the relevant legislation. Job duties will include but are not limited to the legal research and analysis of the regulatory issues, as well as drafting contracts, memoranda and legal opinions, preparing due diligence reports, etc.
Key requirements:
- Master’s degree in law;
- Passion for law in energy sector;
- Relevant work experience in a law firm or in-house lawyer will be an advantage;
- Proficient Microsoft office skills;
- Strong analytical, legal writing, and research skills;
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian is a must;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Proactive approach to work, initiative.
