Our expectations:
- A graduate of a leading law university (Master’s degree).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a law firm or a similar role.
- Full professional fluency in Ukrainian and English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Duties include
- Managing transactions or separate workstreams independently with limited supervision, including coordinating with foreign counsel and other practice groups.
- Leading the drafting and negotiation of primary transactional documents (facility agreements, security agreements).
- Providing legal advice and opinions on regulatory matters (currency control, banking regulations) with minimal supervision.
- Supervising and coordinating junior legal team (delegating tasks, reviewing work products and contributing to the professional development).
- Acting as one of the primary client contacts in the team, coordinating client queries and tasks.
