Key requirements
- Final-year student or graduate in law;
- Сlear and concise drafting skills in English and Ukrainian (in the context of correspondence, legal memoranda, transactional documents);
- Strong analytical and research skills;
- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian is a must;
- Proactive approach to work, initiative;
- Ability and willingness to study and to grow professionally;
- Relevant working experience will be an advantage.

Duties include
- Conduct legal research of applicable laws, court practice and other information upon lawyers’ requests;
- Assistance with preparation of summaries, charts, presentations, marketing materials etc.;
- Translate various documents from Ukrainian into English and vice versa;
- Support lawyers with drafting legal documents (memoranda and opinions on banking & finance regulatory matters, facility agreements, security agreements, etc.);
- Assist with client projects (including projects related to the legal reforms in the area of finance and capital markets) and business development of the practice.
