Data residency requirements

The primary aim of this guidance is to provide an overview of data localisation, residency, and general storage requirements. This guidance note has two sections. The first is a general overview of residency/storage requirements for personal and sensitive data. The second section focuses on the same requirements but for categories of data: accounting & tax, employee, financial, health, telecommunications, government related, critical infrastructure, and other records.
