Doing everything you can to bring victory closer: the report of the “Breathe” Charity Fund for January

Time flies when you are engaged in a cause that ignites you from within. For almost a year now, it has been such a cause for every Ukrainian to do everything possible to bring our victory closer. And the first month of the new year was, as always, productive for the “Breathe” Charity Fund.

During this time, we:

• purchased two ambulances, which will soon be supplied with the necessary equipment and transferred to the places where they will be most helpful;

• donated sanitary diapers to the “Wings of Hope” Charity Fund to provide help to families with children with palliative diseases;

• donated nappies to the Let’s Help charitable foundation to help elderly accommodations.

We also summarised the results of the joint charitable initiative “Christmas Miracle during the War”. During the campaign, we collected more than UAH 5.5 million, UAH 3.2 million of which was transferred to the “Children of Heroes” Charity Fund for the “Light for Children” project. More than UAH 2.4 million will be transferred to the “Wrap with Warmth” initiative and will go towards the purchase of warm items for the residents of elderly accommodation within the framework of the “Let’s Help” foundation.

In addition, the Fund provided another grant to cover part of the rent for the state property tenants, the Children’s Public Organisation “Mowgli Children’s Center”. We would like to remind you that the programme appeared as a result of the exchange of official letters with the State Property Fund of Ukraine and is being implemented thanks to financial support from our country’s caring friends from the United States of America.
