Eight consecutive years in GAR 100: Sayenko Kharenko recognised among leading arbitration practices

Sayenko Kharenko has once again been recognised in the GAR 100 2026, marking its eighth consecutive inclusion in the guide to the world’s leading international arbitration practices, published by Global Arbitration Review.

This continued recognition reflects the firm’s consistent involvement in complex, high-value disputes and its role in advising clients on strategically significant cross-border matters.

Olexander Droug, Partner of International Arbitration at Sayenko Kharenko, comments:

“Our inclusion in the GAR 100 for the eighth consecutive year reflects the consistency of our work and the trust clients place in us in complex disputes. We focus on providing clear, strategic advice in matters that require coordination across jurisdictions and disciplines.”

The GAR 100 2026 marks the 19th edition of the guide and features 241 firms from 58 jurisdictions, selected based on independent research, firm submissions and client feedback.

Global Arbitration Review is widely regarded as one of the leading sources on international arbitration, recognising firms with a proven track record in handling complex cross-border disputes.
