Four Sayenko Kharenko partners featured among TOP-100 Best Lawyers in Ukraine

Partners Svitlana Musienko, Volodymyr Sayenko, Mykhailo Kharenko and Nazar Chernyavsky all feature among the best lawyers in Ukraine according to the the newly published “Client’s Choice. TOP 100 Best Lawyers of Ukraine 2021” ranking by Yuridicheskaya Gazeta.

Research for the ranking covers 28 practice areas and Sayenko Kharenko lawyers listed in 15 of them. The firm’s lawyers were individually recognized in antitrust, banking and finance law, dept restructuring, compliance, IT law, corporate and M&A , criminal, white collar crime, business defense, IP law, international trade and international law, international arbitration, tax, labour and migration law, GR and regulatory, and private clients.

The methodology is based on market research in two stages. A survey is conducted to create a list of the TOP-100 best lawyers in Ukraine according to clients. Then a survey of law firms is conducted to create a list of lawyers according to practices based on feedback from in-house lawyers and law firms.
