Monthly Report of the Breathe Charity Fund: April 2023

In April 2023, the Breathe Charity Fund continued to make a difference in the lives of people affected by the war in Ukraine.

The highlights of the month include the successful completion of the Light for Children project and transfer of two fully equipped ambulances to the places where they are most needed.

The Light for Children is the second initiative within the joint campaign of Sayenko Kharenko and Breathe Charity Fund “Christmas Miracle during the War” in partnership with the Children of Heroes Charity Fund. The project provided much-needed assistance to 2,266 children who had lost one or both parents to the war and were struggling with power outages.

With the help of generous donations from Sayenko Kharenko and people from all over the world, we were able to purchase and distribute new power banks, table lamps, reflectors, laptops and generators to children. As a result, within the Light for Children project we provided 27 families with generators, 814 children with wireless table lamps, 53 children with laptops, and 759 children with power banks. In addition, the project provided 6,798 reflective wristbands to ensure the safety of children during street lighting outages.

Another important achievement of the month was the purchase of two fully equipped ambulances. These ambulances have already been transferred to the places where they will be most helpful.

We are proud of the progress we have made towards our mission and are grateful to our donors and partners for their continued support.
