Nataliya Mykolska, formerly counsel with Sayenko Kharenko, appointed the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade – the Trade Representative of Ukraine

Nataliya Mykolska is an internationally recognized expert in international trade and WTO rules. She is listed among the best international trade practitioners globally by the key professional directories, including The International Who's Who of Trade & Customs Lawyers, Best Lawyers International, The International Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers. In 2014, the Ukrainian professional legal publisher Yuridicheskaya Practika ranked Nataliya No.1 international trade lawyer in Ukraine.

As Deputy Minister – Ukraine’s Trade Representative, Ms. Mykolska will be focusing on export promotion, multilateral and bilateral preferential agreements, consistent and predictable trade policy as well as on safeguarding the interests of Ukraine in the WTO and trade investigations.
