Sayenko Kharenko’s intellectual property practice has once again been recognized in the trademark prosecution and trademark contentious categories by Managing IP in its annual “IP Stars” rankings of the top firms for trademark work. The 2016 rankings are based on extensive research and interviews with over 1,700 law firms and over 10,200 in-house councils, creating one of the most comprehensive directory and ranking system in the industry.
Founded in 1990, “Managing Intellectual Property” magazine is considered to be the most authoritative and comprehensive publisher in the IP industry. The research for “IP Stars” covers over 80 countries and is carried out over a six-month period by a team of researchers based in London, New York and Hong Kong. The full survey covers patent, trademark and copyright work and includes “IP Stars” individual rankings. The 2016 rankings for copyright will be released in April. 2016 Firm Analyses and Stars lists will be published in May for trademark and copyright, and June for patent.
