Leonid Antonenko promoted to counsel with Sayenko Kharenko

Sayenko Kharenko, a leading transactional and dispute resolution law firm, has announced the promotion of Leonid Antonenko.

Leonid Antonenko, the firm’s senior associate, has been promoted to counsel of Sayenko Kharenko.

Mr. Antonenko benefits from more than 15 years of diverse experience in law practice. His expertise includes advising on the most sophisticated M&A, banking and finance, capital markets, corporate, and tax matters. He also has considerable experience in real estate, transport law and infrastructure projects. He is praised by clients for his skill in structuring complex and unorthodox transactions, taking into account both their legal and tax considerations. Leonid worked on the largest bank acquisition projects in the history of the Ukrainian banking sector and on numerous Eurobond transactions. He led the team of Ukrainian lawyers in preparation for the first Ukrainian Internet company’s IPO on the London stock market.

Leonid has an LL.M. degree from the University of Reading, UK, with concentration in company and IP law.
