Nataliya Mykolska and Olena Perepelynska were promoted to counsels with Sayenko Kharenko law firm

Nataliya Mykolska focuses on all aspects of international trade including cross-border trade transactions and contracts, trade financing, agency and distribution, franchising and other matters. Nataliya specializes in trade protection measures (anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, safeguards) and successfully represents both exporters and domestic industry in Ukraine and abroad. Nataliya is a country expert of the International Distribution Institute (IDI) on franchising in Ukraine. Olena Perepelynska has an established reputation and expertise in the field of international commercial arbitration. Olena has acted for Ukrainian and foreign clients in more than 50 arbitral proceedings under a variety of arbitration rules (GAFTA, ICAC Kiev and ICAC Moscow, ICC, LCIA, LMAA, SCC, UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and others) seated in Kiev, Lausanne, London, Moscow, Paris, Stockholm and Vienna. She is Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and listed as recommended arbitrator of the Kazakhstani International Arbitrage, Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration, the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, Arbitration Court at Association of Ukrainian Banks. Mrs. Perepelynska routinely represents clients in arbitration-related matters before Ukrainian courts.
