Olena Perepelynska has an established reputation and expertise in the field of international commercial arbitration. She is Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and listed as recommended arbitrator of the Kazakhstani International Arbitrage, Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration, the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, Arbitration Court at Association of Ukrainian Banks. Mrs. Perepelynska routinely represents clients in arbitration-related matters before Ukrainian courts.
