Sayenko Kharenko’s international arbitration practice team has released the first comprehensive collection of materials on international arbitration in Ukraine – SK Arbitration Handbook. It is available at arbitration.sk.ua.
The resource is intended to become a reliable reference on various issues of international arbitration. The website contains texts of arbitration rules of leading arbitration institutions, extracts from the Ukrainian legislation, Ukrainian courts decisions reviews, texts of international treaties, soft law resources, publications on arbitration topics, as well as useful referral information.
The website will be useful for practicing lawyers, arbitrators, experts, students, and anyone interested in or dealing with international arbitration.
Sayenko Kharenko’s partner Olexander Droug comments: “The team of international arbitration practice was working on this product for several months. We have collected materials necessary for the work of arbitration lawyers in one place and in a convenient format, including for mobile devices. Otherwise, the lawyers would have had to search for those material in different sources. We will certainly supplement and regularly update documents and information in the collection. We hope that the website arbitration.sk.ua will be useful to the legal community and will help in the daily work of everyone who is somehow connected with international arbitration.”
