On 6 December 2011 Yuridicheskaya Practika, Ukraine’s leading publishing house, released Top 50 Law Firms 2011, its highly-anticipated annual research on the Ukrainian legal market. The research is based on the performance of law firms in 2011 and the volume of law firm’s involvement in handing Ukraine’s largest public transactions during the past 12 months.

According to the research, for the fifth time in succession, Sayenko Kharenko topped the league table of Ukraine’s largest transactions in 2011; and scored No.1 in this year’s league table of Ukraine’s largest litigations and arbitrations.

Over the past 12 months Sayenko Kharenko “…stood out for impressive business development dynamics” (Top 50 Law Firms 2011), added new practice areas and stellar teams for dispute resolution, international arbitration and international trade.

“Sayenko Kharenko’s No.1 position by number of the country’s largest transactions does not only speak for the volume and complexity of projects we handle, it is also a consistent testimony to the capacity, skill and reputation of our entire team”, – said Vladimir Sayenko, the co-founding partner with the firm. The annual research covers international law firms present in Ukraine and independent Ukrainian law firms.
