Olena Perepelynska, counsel with Sayenko Kharenko, contributed to the Ukrainian chapter of the book “Arbitraje comercial internacional en Europa: aspectos actuales y regímenes jurídicos”, a joint work of the Spanish and international arbitral community on international arbitration, covering 28 European jurisdictions.
The book, edited and published in Lima, Peru, by Estudio Mario Castillo Freyre, comprises 1224 pages, 52 authors, 2 forewords and 40 contributions. The work brings together authors from all over Europe and very diverse profiles: scholars and practitioners, long-standing leaders in the area and young promises.
Ms. Perepelynska is a published author of over 60 articles and contributions to collective works on different aspects of international arbitration and is a frequent speaker on various legal issues.
