Olena Perepelynska Among Arbitrators of the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic

Sayenko Kharenko is pleased to announce that Olena Perepelynska, Counsel of International Arbitration Practice of the firm, has been selected by the Board of the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic to become Arbitrator of the aforesaid Arbitration Court.

The Arbitration Court was founded in 1949 and since that time it belongs to the most significant international arbitration institutions in Eastern Europe. Currently it arbitrates commercial, property, consumer and domain disputes.

Earlier this year Olena Perepelynska has been included into the List of Foreign Arbitrators of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania.

Mrs. Perepelynska, MCIArb, is also listed as arbitrator of the Kazakhstani International Arbitrage, Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration.
