Olena Perepelynska has been listed among arbitrators of Lewiatan Court of Arbitration

Olena Perepelynska, Counsel of International Arbitration Practice of Sayenko Kharenko, has been listed as arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan, the second largest arbitration institution in Poland.

Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan was established under the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Confederation of 15 February 2005. It is a modern institution, recognised internationally and regionally, aimed at swift and quick settlement of property and corporation disputes.

Earlier this year Olena Perepelynska has been included into the List of Foreign Arbitrators of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and selected to become arbitrator of the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.

Mrs. Perepelynska, MCIArb, is also listed as arbitrator of the Kazakhstani International Arbitrage and Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration.
