Olexander Droug appointed to the ICC Arbitration & ADR Commission
Partner Olexander Droug was appointed to the International Chamber of Commerce (the “ICC”) Arbitration and ADR Commission by a national committee ICC Ukraine.
The Commission on Arbitration and ADR is ICC’s unique think tank and rule-making body in the field of international dispute resolution. The commission also drafts and revises the International Chamber of Commerce’s range of rules for dispute resolution.
The commission is made up of approximately 1,000 members from more than 92 countries, comprising lawyers, in-house counsel, arbitrators, mediators, law professors and experts in various dispute resolution fields.
Members are appointed to the commission by an ICC regional office (known as a national committee) in their respective countries.
