Sayenko Kharenko advised Philip Morris Ukraine in court proceedings

Sayenko Kharenko acted as a legal counsel of PrJSC "Philip Morris Ukraine" in a dispute over collection of debt in the amount of UAH 45 million from its former distributor.

Sayenko Kharenko has successfully represented the interests of PrJSC "Philip Morris Ukraine" at the Kyiv Oblast Commercial Court and the Kyiv Appellate Commercial Court, which ruled in favour of PrJSC "Philip Morris Ukraine" and ordered the distributor to repay the debt.

PrJSC "Philip Morris Ukraine" is a leading tobacco company in Ukraine with headquarters in Kyiv and nine regional offices. Philip Morris Ukraine manufactures many popular cigarette brands for the domestic market and for export, including Parliament, Marlboro, Chesterfield, L&M, and Bond Street.
