Sayenko Kharenko advises on USD 200 million repurchase of Interpipe’s outstanding Eurobonds

Sayenko Kharenko acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to The Royal Bank of Scotland plc as Dealer Manager of the tender offer in relation to the outstanding USD 200 million 8.750% loan participation notes due 2010 issued by Interpipe Limited.

Sayenko Kharenko worked in the past on a number of similar restructurings of Eurobonds. However, this has been the first transaction in Ukraine where the noteholders accepted both the tender offer and consent solicitation.
