Sayenko Kharenko advised a global media organization on the launch of its first mobile application in Ukraine. The application is specifically designed for Ukrainian consumers to download, store and watch movies on Apple devices.

Sayenko Kharenko’s legal services included advice on a wide range of Ukrainian regulatory issues related to the launch, which included the use of IP rights and related taxation issues, data protection and advertising issues as well as some peculiar matters related to the protection of consumers’ rights (e.g. reflection of the mandatory provisions of the Ukrainian law in the End User License Agreement.)
