Sayenko Kharenko advised on the RUB 5.35 bln facility to Ukraine’s largest energy company

Sayenko Kharenko acted as legal counsel to VTB Capital plc (part of VTB Group) on the RUB 5.35 billion facility to DTEK, Ukraine’s largest energy company.

Financing will be provided in two tranches for three and five years. The funds raised will be used for corporate purposes, including the replenishment of working capital and financing of capital expenditures.
