Sayenko Kharenko advised on USD 500 million Eurobond offering of external state borrowing by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine

Sayenko Kharenko has acted as Ukrainian counsel to Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and UBS, the joint lead managers of USD 1 billion Eurobond offering 6.385% Loan Participation Notes due 2012 issued by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
