Sayenko Kharenko advised “Power Machines” in court proceedings

Sayenko Kharenko acted as a legal counsel to OJSC "Power Machines" in a dispute with foreign creditor of OJSC "Power Machines" over the recognition and enforcement of a foreign court judgment in the amount of USD 6 million against OJSC "Power Machines" in Ukraine. The case was re-examined by Ukrainian courts.

Sayenko Kharenko has successfully represented the interests of OJSC "Power Machines" at the High Specialized Court of Ukraine in Civil and Criminal Cases which reversed the judgments of the lower courts, allowing recognition and enforcement of a foreign court judgment, and sent the case for new trial to the court of first instance.

OJSC "Power Machines" is the leading Russian producer and supplier of end-to-end products and solutions for the power-plant industry, including engineering, production, supply, assembly, service and equipment upgrades for thermal, nuclear, hydraulic and gas-turbine power plants.
