Sayenko Kharenko advised TE Connectivity Group on corporate restructuring

Sayenko Kharenko acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to TE Connectivity group on a significant corporate restructuring.

Entire transaction comprised of more than 35 steps, involved over 60 of the TE Connectivity group’s legal entities and covered more than 20 jurisdictions. The transaction was effected by various legal counsels in foreign jurisdictions, while Sayenko Kharenko closely worked with Allen & Overy team managing the whole restructuring and providing advice of English law matters.

Along with structuring of the transaction and drafting internal corporate documents Sayenko Kharenko provided legal advice on different matters involving corporate and antimonopoly issues related to the corporate restructuring of TE Connectivity’s entity in Ukraine.

TE Connectivity – a global, USD 13 billion company, that designs and manufactures approximately 500,000 products that connect and protect the flow of power and data inside products of customers in virtually every industry including consumer electronics, energy, healthcare, automotive, aerospace and communication networks.
